We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you create an account, get a quote, request information, communicate with us via third-party platforms, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, fax number, credit card information, unique identification numbers associated with you (such as a social security number when a dealership employee registers for an incentive program), VIN and serial numbers, and any other information you choose to provide. When you create an account, we collect passwords and answers to security questions and may collect additional information including your age and gender. When you communicate with us, we may collect your communications, such as emails, customer service requests, survey responses, or social media posts or messages.

Information From Your Vehicle
Isuzu vehicles have systems that record data about how the vehicle is performing, how it is driven, where it is located, and the environment in which it is driven. When you visit a dealer, we may receive information about your vehicle, its components and parts, including their status and performance, and diagnostics of vehicle systems and other information about how the vehicle is performing.

Information We Collect from Other Sources
We also obtain information from other sources. For example, we may obtain information from affiliated companies; from service providers and other third parties; and from publicly-available sources. When you purchase a product or obtain warranty or other service from one of our dealers, distributors or service facilities, the dealer, distributor or service facility may share information with us about you, your purchase, or your service event, such as your name, address, VIN, serial number, purchase date, as well as service and repair information such as visit details, service details, recall repairs, repair order details and warranty and service plan information. We may combine this information with other information we collect from you or other sources.

Information We Derive
We may derive information or draw inferences about you based on the information we or our partners collect. For example, we may make inferences about your location based on your IP address or infer that you are looking to purchase certain products based on your browsing behavior and past purchases.

RETENTION OF INFORMATION

We will keep the personal information we collect from you for as long as necessary or appropriate to carry out the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy or any other notice provided at the time of data collection, such as fulfilling requests and obligations related to your employment, maintaining records related to your employment, supporting our business functions and operations, enabling us to communicate with you, and conducting research, or to satisfy our legal or contractual obligations. ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS SERVICES PROVIDED BY OTHERS

We may allow others to provide analytics services and serve advertisements on our behalf across the web and in mobile applications. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites and applications, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in mobile apps, links clicked, and conversion information. This information may be used by Isuzu and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests in our Services and other websites, and better understand your online activity. Account Information
You may update or correct certain information you provide to us at any time by logging into your account or contacting us as set forth in the CONTACT US section below. If you have an account that you wish to deactivate, please contact us as set forth in the CONTACT US section below, but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you.

Location Information
When you first launch any of our mobile device applications that collect precise location information, you will be asked to consent to the application's collection of this information. If you initially consent to our collection of this location information, you can subsequently stop the collection of this information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device. If you do so, certain features of our mobile device applications may no longer function properly. You may also stop our collection of this location information by following the standard uninstall process to remove our mobile applications from your device.

Cookies
Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us improve our Services and your experience, see which areas and features of our Services are popular, and count visits. Web beacons (also known as "pixel tags" or "clear GIFs") are electronic images that may be used in our Services or emails and help deliver cookies, count visits, and understand usage and campaign effectiveness. Once we have received your opt-out request, your opt-out will apply to all personal information connected to your name, email address, and phone number including your account and any offline sale/sharing of personal information. In addition, if we receive an opt-out preference signal from your device or browser, your opt out will apply to that browser or device and, to the extent identifiable from the opt-out preference signal, all personal information connected to you including your account and any offline sale/sharing of personal information. We process all opt-out preference signals and requests in a frictionless manner, meaning that your opt-out will not affect your experience of how our products and essential services function. We will inform you if your opt-out will affect your participation in an incentive program. We do not knowingly sell personal information about consumers under the age of 16.

Subject to certain limitations, California residents have the right to:

Your request to know, request to delete, or request to correct must (i) provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we have collected personal information, and (ii) describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. To verify your request, we will ask you to provide information which we possess about you, such as a vehicle identification number. We will not be able respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. Personal information that is archived or in a backup system will be deleted or corrected when such information is restored to an active system.

We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your rights under the CCPA.

If we receive your request from an authorized agent, we may ask for evidence that you have provided such agent with power of attorney or that the agent otherwise has valid written authority to submit requests to exercise rights on your behalf.
